Press Office

UK Dairy Day will be held on Wednesday 11th September 2024 at the International Centre, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 4JH from 8.00am to 5.30pm.


Press Pass & Secure Key Card for UK Dairy Day 2024

COMPLETE the online press pass application form.

Confirmation and details for your press pass application will be issued in early September. You will be required to sign for the key card, provided with a lanyard which is to be worn and returned at the end of the event. Please note that all equipment and personal items left in the press office are at your own risk.

Car Parking

Entry
UK Dairy Day is free to attend, no ticket or pre-registration is required.  At the entrance where you will be provided with a wristband to access the event.

Press Office Location
The press office is the same location as 2023, on the ground floor after Costa Coffee on the left as you walk towards the lower ground floor area, marked by signage and a pull-up banner. The press room is Beckbury 1 and can only be accessed with a secure key card. The room has hard wide internet connections, desks and electric points located around the room. In the centre of the room will be A4 display units for press releases received from exhibitors and a table with complimentary refreshments.  For any pre-booked press briefing these will take place in the next-door room, Beckbury 1, and will be listed on the event timetable provided at the press office.

Opening Times
The press office opens at 8.00 am and closes at 6.30 pm.  Please be aware after 6.30 pm the event is in the breakdown stage and you must wear a high-vis jacket.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi will be available internally throughout the Telford International Centre for two days, Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th September.
Network Name: TICUK
Hardwire internet connections will be installed in the press room for the upload and download of files on the event day.

Event Guide
The Event Guide will be available to collect at the entrances, venue and at the press office.  The guide features everything you need to know about the event including the exhibitor listing.  A word document of the cattle guide section is available on request which lists all cattle exhibitors, please email in advance to marketing@ukdairyday.co.uk

Event Photographer
The official event photographer is Ruth Rees and the event photographs will be available if required, please email marketing@ukdairyday.co.uk

UK Dairy Day Logo & Digital Assets
If you require the UK Dairy Day logo, photographs or editorial please email marketing@ukdairyday.co.uk

Cattle Ring Photography
Photographer access will only be allowed for official event photographers and media partners who are required to wear an armband ID to gain access.  Photographs will be taken of all classes including the presentation of prizes and these will be available after the event to view online and request high res files as required.

Press Office Sponsor - Approved Registered Cattle (ARC)


The Approved Registered Cattle (ARC) mark provides traceability of registered cattle to the industry.  The integral tissue bank, provides access to each animal’s DNA.  This can be called upon at any time, allowing increased knowledge through genomic evaluation, parentage verification or health testing.
