Trade Stand Rates

The UK Dairy Day 2022 trade stand rates are for open space only and exclude additional services which need to be booked separately when you receive confirmation of your trade stand size, location and stand number. The Table Top rate includes 1 x trestle table (no table cloth) and 2 chairs if required. All prices are excluding VAT.

Ludlow	£40 per m²
Concourse (min 3m x 3m)	£40 per m²
External	£20 per m²
Table Top 2m x 2m (4m²) Concourse area, includes 1 x trestle table (no table cloth) and 2 chairs if required	£180
Table Top 2m x 2m Sharing Knowledge Zone on the first floor (Non-commercial)	By invitation
NBDC Breed Village in Hall 3 concourse 3m frontage x 2m depth (6m²) Breed society trade stands only	£100 only

When your trade stand booking is confirmed an invoice will be sent for the full amount to be paid by BACS within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you need to cancel your trade stand space, please notify the organisers by email or in writing as soon as possible. We reserve the right to re-let any cancelled space. Refunds will apply as follows:

From 1^st February 2022 to 31^st March 2022– 50% refund
From 1^st April 2022 – No refund will be given
