Trade Exhibitor Updates

  • Trade Stand Number & LocationDOWNLOAD the exhibitor list, this confirms your stand number, location, size, number of open sides, height restrictions and type of stand.

  • Height Restrictions - Height restrictions apply to some areas of the venue; these are highlighted the exhibitor listing.  If your stand is over 4 metres it will be classified as a complex and multi-storied stand and will need special clearance from The International Centre and UK Dairy Day with plans submitted.   Please ensure you highlight this on the Risk Assessment & CDM Form.

  • Risk Assessment & CDM Regulations Form -All exhibitors are required to complete and submit a Risk Assessment & CDM Regulations form before 31 August 2019. The form can be accessed and completed within the exhibitor portal which includes the option to upload your own completed risk assessment.

  • Trade Exhibitor Portal
    The online Trade Exhibitor portal features all the digital forms to book services for your trade stand.  You will have received an acceptance email from ‘UK Dairy Day Event Services (services@ukdairyday.co.uk) confirming access the exhibitor portal to complete the forms.  You will need to use the password along with your primary email address that you used to book your trade stand.  If you have not received this acceptance or have any queries related to accessing the portal please call Sarah Pope on 01923 695225 or email info@ukdairyday.co.uk

  • Catering Services – For exhibitors bringing their own catering supplies a small corkage fee will apply and must be confirmed on the catering booking form, submitted and paid prior to the event. If you wish to order catering supplies from Thyme to be delivered directly to your trade stand there is a selection of options on the catering form in the exhibitor portal.  If you wish to discuss bespoke requirements like hot sausage rolls, bacon sandwiches, soup, cakes etc.  Please contact Sally Cooke on 01952 281601 or email sally.cooke@southwatereventgroup.com
    • £120 inc VAT for hot beverages, equipment, food and snacks
    • £150 inc VAT for hot, cold and alcoholic beverages, equipment, food and snacks. This includes a licence to serve alcohol.

  • Online Exhibitor Listing – All exhibitors are listed on the UK Dairy Day 2019 exhibitor website page, please check the information is correct.
    If you would like to enhance your website listing for to include logo, link and 15-word description at cost of £25 please email info@ukdairyday.co.uk
  • Trade Stand Awards – All trade stands will automatically be judged during the morning of the event and awards presented in the afternoon for Best Internal Large, Medium and Small and Best External trade stands.   • News – If you have any news you wish to share with UK Dairy Day – business news, research, events, new products please send your media release(s) to marketing@ukdairyday.co.uk
    These will be shared with the UK Dairy Day media partners and incorporated within social media updates.

  • New Product Zone & Competition -The New Product Competition, sponsored by IDEXX, is open to exhibitors who have booked trade stand space or are sponsoring the 2019 event. Entries will only be accepted for new products launched into the market in the last 12 months after 12th September 2018. To enter a new product please download, complete and submit the entry form by 31st July 2019.https://www.ukdairyday.co.uk/visit/new-product-zone/
  • Seminars - The application window for a seminar slot for exhibitors and sponsors has now closed. A list of the seminars and timetable will be published in August.

  • Accommodation – If you have not yet secured accommodation we recommend booking this sooner rather than later. Details of hotels within the vicinity of the venue can be found online - https://www.ukdairyday.co.uk/visit/accomodation/
  • Sponsorship - From £250 we have some fantastic sponsorship packages remaining to further promote your business, products and services at UK Dairy Day.

  • Event & Cattle Guide Advertising -If you would like to promote your business at UK Dairy Day 2019 in the A5 Event & Cattle Guide we have a number of advertising opportunities available – please see attached form and submit by 31st July 2019.  The options and prices for Event Guide advertising are:
    • Full-page A5 colour advert - £250
    • Half-page horizontal colour advert - £150
    • Half-page vertical colour advert - £150
    • Quarter page A7 colour advert - £80
  • UK Dairy Day Marketing Assets – The event is being promoted across print and digital platforms associated with the dairy industry. You can also keep up to date with event updates on social media @ukdairyday, by signing up online to the Moosletter and viewing the UK Dairy Day website.  If you would like any marketing assets to support the promotion of the event to your customers please email marketing@ukdairyday.co.uk

  • Champions Dinner – The Champions Dinner will be held on Wednesday 11th September at 7.30pm on the first floor Ironbridge Suite. It is a great networking event for your employees and key customers.  Tickets for two-course meal and entertainment are £30 each or save 10% by reserving a table of 10 for £270.  To book download the booking form online or call 01923 695225.
  • Invoices – Invoices have been issued and are to be paid by BACS within 30 days of the invoice date. If for any reason you need to amend or cancel your trade stand space, please notify us as soon as possible by email info@ukdairydairyday.co.uk  We reserve the right to re-let any cancelled space. No refund will be given.
