Build Up & Breakdown Times

UK Dairy Day requires a completed Risk Assessment & CDM Form to be completed and submitted for each company prior to build-up and breakdown of stands.  All exhibitors must have adequate public liability insurance in place to cover presence at UK Dairy Day, with certificates available for inspection if required.
Download the Risk Assessment and CDM Form.

During 'construction phase' all personnel must wear high vis and sensible safe footwear.  If exhibitors have employees attending the event who wish to access their trade stand before 8am on Wednesday 13th September they will be required to wear a high vis jacket and sensible footwear.  At the end of the event if they plan to remain on the stand after 5.30pm to help with breakdown they will need to have a high vis jacket on the stand ready to wear from 6.30pm.
