UK Dairy Day has announced a new major sponsor for its annual event to be held on the 16th September 2015. EPRINEX® will be sponsoring for the first time, having confirmed a principal sponsorship package.
EPRINEX® has an 18 year heritage of proven use, successfully treating millions of cows in the UK and all over the world. The dairy wormer brand is produced by Merial Animal Health, a world-leading innovation-driven animal health company - offering a comprehensive range of products to enhance the health, well-being and performance of a wide range of animals.EPRINEX® now joins a line-up of leading industry businesses who are already on board as principal sponsors, including NWF Agriculture, Cogent and Holstein UK - as well as the Farmers Guardian and Holstein International as the official media partner.
Show Director Carl Smith commented on the new partnership; “Securing EPRINEX® as a first time platinum sponsor is fantastic for the event. Our sponsorship packages offer exceptional brand awareness opportunities for dairy sector businesses, enabling them to reach out to a very targeted customer base. Following the success of last year’s show which attracted more than 6200 visitors, we have received excellent interest so far in our sponsorship packages and are extremely appreciative of those sponsors who have already shown their support.”
Victoria Hudson, Livestock Product Manager at Merial Animal Health said; “We are thrilled that EPRINEX® will be supporting the 2015 UK Dairy Day as one of the principle sponsors. This is our first time as a sponsor and we are delighted to be more heavily involved in what was last year a fantastic showcase of the dairy industry.”
Established in 2014, the UK Dairy Day is a leading B2B event for the dairy sector. This year’s theme is ‘sharing knowledge for a profitable dairy industry’. Having already confirmed more than 150 trade stands, additional floor space has been allocated to accommodate the overwhelming demand. Partnered with a new Learning and Development Zone supported by the National Federation of Young Farmers, a new product showcase area and a spectrum of influential sponsors - this year’s show is set to be a triumph. A Champions Dinner is also being planned for the Wednesday evening.
Created to inspire the next generation, the new Learning and Development Zone will feature seminars and discussions from engaging speakers focusing on subjects related to the cow, farm and team. A CV clinic will offer advice on getting your CV and application noticed and a careers board will detail the latest industry opportunities for those already in or looking to develop a career in agriculture.
Carl Smith concluded; “UK Dairy Day is a platform for farmers, herdsmen and industry personnel to learn, discuss, engage and share dairy sector innovations ahead of the autumn and winter period. With many new and unique features in development, this year’s show will be even better than 2014. UK Dairy Day is the must-attend event for all those connected to the dairy sector.”
